Ingredients:
heirloom wheat tortilla (see my recipe) or if you wish you may use
Alvarado Street Bakery organic sprouted wheat tortillas
grass fed bison (I use North Star Bison)
sour cream (organic/ grass fed – I use Wallaby sour cream)
roma or heirloom tomatoes
red onions
cheddar cheese (organic/grass fed)
anaheim chili peppers
lettuce (I prefer butter head lettuce)
guacamole (see my next post)
spices added to the meat while cooking: cumin, paprika, chili powder, coriander, cayenne
