Fabulous salsa that is so amazingly good.
4 fresh roma tomatoes
2 Anaheim peppers
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 clove elephant garlic
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 fresh squeezed lemon
1/2 red onion
1/2 cup cilantro
Mix in blender
